The procedure for the installation of PE/PP composite waterproofing membrane
1. Begin by ensuring the base surface is clean.
2. Wet the ground with water.
3. Combine dry glue powder with water, stirring thoroughly, then incorporate this mixture into the cement and blend well. (Proportions: glue powder: water: cement = 1 bag: 150 kg: 150 kg)
4. Distribute the prepared mortar evenly over the ground, then position the steps and press them firmly into place.
5. Once the cloth is laid, apply a layer of the mixed cement mortar on top.
Precautions:
1. The protective layer should maintain a thickness of 2-3 centimeters.
2. Prior to laying polypropylene, ensure that a waterproof coating or leak-proof sealant is applied if pipelines are being installed.
Transportation & Storage
1. Ensure that the packaging remains intact and undamaged during storage, with a standard warranty period of one year against damage.
2. Do not exceed a stacking height of five packaging membranes, and store on a cool, dry, and well-ventilated horizontal surface.
3. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and similar substances.
